This unit helped put a lot when trying to understand the methods of the classroom. In a way, it is a slight summary of the lessons that were taught throughout the course. I understand that a lot of teachers would like to use the students native language to coincide with with teaching something in English, but that is highly unacceptable. Our job as a teacher should be to focus more on teaching them and getting them comfortable with English. Although i may get some students who learn faster than others or that i might get students that already know a chunk of English or both, it's still a teachers responsibility to make sure all of the students get a clear understanding of the material.
