First of all, its a very useful unit that gives some really great ideas how to diversify the lesson to make it more entertaining for your students. Second, I believe that in the vast majority of private (im not even mentioning public schools) schools or training centers a course book is a must, so teachers should be able to adapt those existing books to the particular class they are teaching, and provide their students with some supplementary materials. And lets face it, its hard to imagine a teacher with such a high level of creativity that he or she can be able to create each and every lesson from the scratch and elaborate the entire syllabus for all the groups he or she is teaching.
