I found this unit to be, more so than previous units, more common sense practices. However, I did like the suggestions of what to do with some of the more complicated situations such as large class sizes. Also, I feel it is invaluable to take on the view that English needs to be the only language spoken wherever possible. I believe it will take some self-discipline on my part as a teacher to ensure as best as possible that, even when students are trying to help each other via their native tongue, I would strictly encourage English only. Overall, as with previous units, there has been a useful introduction to gudie new prospective teachers in some of the common scenarios that may occur.
