Classroom management is one of the most important things to bear in mind while while teaching. It doesn't have to do with your personality, some teachers can be more energetic, others a bit low. However, classroom management is more about those technics that will help us to organize and manage the class, in a way that is friendly while maintaining discipline and the students are focused, cooperating and learning from the lesson. Finding a balance between the Teacher talking time and Student talking time during the lesson is very important and will depend on the typo of activity/lesson, for example while presenting TTT necessarily will be larger, however during a pair work STT is larger.
