The two videos provided in this lesson highlight the potential outcomes of a classroom setting depending on the demeanor of the teacher. The first lesson shows the teacher with a more formal, less forgiving attitude. He expects the students to be familiar with the material that is obviously confusing for the students then fails to provide a proper explanation before asking them to perform the exercises. The teacher is eventually successful in teaching the material but throughout the lesson it seems as though the students are confused and intimidated. In the second video, the teacher is more cheerful and encouraging and all the previously mentioned failures from the first video fade away.
