Through this unit, we have learned that how important for a teacher to manage his/her class well. An understanding on the classroom management helps the teacher successfully to deliver the topic that he/she is going to teach for the day. As we know, most of the young children are not self-disciplined enough in controlling their emotion and behaviour. While there are also some adult are not self-consicous enough during the discussion that might affect the progress of the lesson. As a conclusion, an effective way of managing classes help the teacher to increase the number of student's achievement as well as produce a positive behaviour on students.
