The final unit of the course contained some worthwhile techniques for troubleshooting difficulties which may arise in teaching English. It provided ways for the teacher to introduce him or her self to the class in order to provide a rapport, no matter if the class was new or existing. The unit also suggested ways to enhance instruction for a class of students with various abilities and various sizes. The unit also contained tips for teaching monolingual classes, and how to best encourage an 'English only' approach to learning. The unit concluded with methods for engaging reluctant students, and also for getting the most out of listening texts.
