This video show us that a good class depends on the teacher optimism and class preparation, the ESA method is very effective when you know how can you use it, specially when is about to motivate the students to participate and use their names, cultural details, when you know to use their skills of previous skills, the ice breaking is very important too and to make them to have trust, in the first video the teacher didn´t have trust in himself and in his students, to this reason they were afraid of participate, but in the second they were more optimistic, for this reason is very important to be prepared and have a good attitude towards students.
