In this unit, I watched two videos of a teacher engaged in the teaching of the same same grammar point to the same group of students. The first video provided an example of many ineffective teaching methods whereas the second video presented a good example of effectively teaching the same grammar point. In the first video, the teacher was not engaged and did not seem particularly happy to be with the class. He did not explain the grammatical point before wanting the students to apply it. Those are just a couple examples of many problems with the lesson. The second example was very helpful to illustrate a good lesson with room for improvement.
