I have learned that when preparing materials to teach students it is important to be prepared but also be flexible during class time a teacher can?t predict everything that might happen in a class. I also learned that ESA is a good way to help student learn because the student have an opportunity to be engaged in the lesson, study new material and practice what they have learned in that class time. This technique would be very useful if done with preparation. I also learned that a teacher must be aware of the proper times when correcting students. There are times to correct and times to let student be creative and practice their language skills.
