In this unit , it gives an detatled account of the roles of teacher and students. I have long held the same belief that teachers should take on the roles of being a prompter ,facilitator,resouces-provider and assessor . when acting as a prompter We should ask follow-up open-ended questions to lead students to think convergently and divergently,so much so that we foster our students to develop high -order thinking skills. when it comes to being a facilitator and resources-provider, we enocurage students to learn independently and collaboratively .This is the student-centered classroom where students are actively engaged and reponsible for their learning. At this stage of the classroom will require the teachers to be a resource-provider when students get stuck.I also believe that we should integrate the ongoing, varied assessment into our teaching practices when we assess students. The formative assessments such as questioning .checklist,exit slips shouls be properly employed to diagose students weaknesses and strengths so as to guide us adjusting our teaching practices. As for stduents qualities as learners . A desire to learn should be their intrisic motivation. Teacher should also be lively and entertaning to increase their otivation for learning.
