In this unit, I've learnt some knowledge about solving some tough trouble when teaching. In first lessons, it's better for us teachers to use activities to establish rapport and find out about the students. And warmers are always important to begin a class to motivate students. If I have a class of different levels students, I can pair stronger students with weaker students which will be helpful to both. When it comes to large classes, I can use worksheets or other thing to ensure each student will participate and gain the benefit. Then I went through solutions to other kinds of problem as well. In all, this unit can be reference book in my future career to deal with some tough situations.
