This unit was quite in understanding the relationship between the teacher and the students. The unit covered different aspects which include the correct use of gestures, eye contact and the tone of the teachers voice. It also covered much ground on work distribution that is when its appropriate to have whole class grouping, pair work and individual work. one aspect that was outstanding to me that l learnt was how to deal with behaviour problems. The reason why l deemed it outstanding is because it helped me understand the source of behavioural problems and the effective ways of dealing with behaviour problems as a teacher. It also taught me how to apply the principle of equity in the class.
