Unit 1 highlighted the importance of the teacher and learners in the teaching and learning process. A good teacher should not only care about her techniques in teaching but also how her or his students are learning. Good learners, on the other hand, should show willingness to listen to the language and must have the desire to experiment with the language. There are different language level of learners. Those are beginners, elementary, low pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced. Understanding these levels will greatly help the teacher in providing suitable activities to make sure that the learners are able to comprehend the given task or activities in the classroom.
