This unit on syllabus deign is extremely useful for me as I am currently working with a number of working adults who are seeking to individually develop their English, and I hope to work with companies to this end in the near future. The usefulness of the information provided impressed me from the very beginning of this unit, when the instructions on how to effectively divide the learning groups were outlined. Samples of the various tests and needs analysis forms provided are also helpful and instructive in a concrete way. All the discussions and instructions presented follow in a logical easy-to-follow arrangement that I will surely resort to when designing my next Business-English syllabus.
