Unit 5 Managing Classes talks about how to properly plan the classroom set up, correct behaviour of teachers in class while teaching and understanding the appropriate solutions in class discussion to be able to achieve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning in the classroom. Teacher's gestures and actions may contribute on how to motivate the students. Also classroom set ups and activities may encourage them to fully participate and learn more the English language. Making rapport with students is the most interesting learning I value in this discussion because I can see that it can really help in motivating the students in class by making them confident about themselves while having fun.
