I have realized through this unit that a lot of good qualities a teacher is supposed to have are similar to the ones a manager should have within his/her team. More than just a controller, a manager and also a teacher should be sensitive and caring enough about the well-being of his/her employees and in our case, students. Observing different situations allows adapting your role and choosing the right way for your class to go as smoothly as possible. Motivation is one key to success no matter if it is during class or throughout a day of work at the office. Being a teacher is first of all being human, drawing the limitations and boundaries as well as encouraging students towards the right path.
