This unit started with describing writing as sometimes not commonly used in the teaching field. For me, I would encourage it even more. I believe that by doing so, it would make them initiate what they freely want to say without being asked to stand during recitation due to their personal reasons. also, after writing, I can ask them to practice speaking it out and would encourage more methods to boost whatever level of confidence they have. As writing is believed to be the primary basis of communication, reading will help them be more productive. What is the use of a well know writer, composer and novelist if their creations aren't voiced out? Therefore, I would encourage this chapter even more.
