In this unit, I learned the importance factors of classroom management in order to have a successful, enjoyable, and effective class. Not only setting up the classroom is important, but it will also effect the student's behavior and how a teacher will able to manage and control the classroom. Teacher needs to be able to organize, control, and manage a class that he or she will be teaching. Failure to do so will effect the teaching in the class and students will lose respect to the teacher. Besides having an organized classroom, a successful classroom needs to be less intimidating, but fun and relax environment. An effective classroom management helps the teacher to engage the students in learning.
