It is really good to see our lessons videod and watched by us. There are so many things that we may not notice if we are not made or opportuned to watch our classroom performances again. However,there are many factors that can determine a teacher's mood before and during the lesson, but the teacher has to have it at the back of his mind that a negative approach or mood could really demotivate students. If we lose our learners from the beginning of the lesson, it may be hard to win them. (The idea of being watched by an examiner mau create anxieties for teachers and may even make students reluctant to talk. Students know their teachers and their mates, and may be ready to engage one another if they are not being watched because the classroom, then, is their terrain)
