The content of this unit (unit 1) is about teachers and learners. It is very interesting because exposes good characteristics a good teacher should have such as being a good listener, kind and patient, able to motivate his/her students, lively and entertaining, able to build rapport and correct students when necessary, etc. If meeting this characteristics, it will be more motivating for students to learn with him/her. On the other hand, a good learner should be a motivated person willing to listen and to experiment with the new language, able to ask questions and accept error correction and someone that enjoys the process. There are different types or learners (young and adult learners) and different levels (beginners, elementary, intermediate, upper-intermediate, advanced).
