This unit I found quite interesting for me. The section on business English/ESP the most.This included The section on clients,the type of clients,group dynamics, the motivation to learn,the needs analysis,planning the course and having an evaluation half way into the course. Also the Types of learners section I found to be of interest to me.The tips for teaching beginners and the section on teaching individuals had lots of information included. The section on Teaching Children and and the Discipline/ Management had some good information on how to cope with some of the issues Involved with teaching children. overall a good read and lots of information
