I now have more knowledge as to what the roles of a teacher are, as to what role should be used and at what time. A good teacher will always help the students learn but also motivate them to be to continue their learning path. The different levels of learners and their motivation towards learning English, It may be easier to teach adults but with that ease comes the fact that the vast majority may feel that they learned and mastered it, so it may be harder to motivate them. As to kids they are not as motivated since most of them are not there on their own will, so it's the teachers job to do more hands on activities in groups and join in discussions.
