this was a tough one. especially since i don't think the chapter was very clear or precise about how these various styles would be implemented successfully in a class of say beginners. and what would we do in a class without computers, etc. it's a bit scary to think that i would someday be asked to put the business websites and info into action in a class of english learners of any level. perhaps i'm feeling a bit intimidated because it's my first time being exposed to this material and this approach to teaching business adults. also the utterances section made very little sense to me i'm sorry to say. i felt it just didn't go anywhere useful for me.
