This is another very difficult subject to grasp as a student learning English as a foreign language. Even as a native English speaker it is somewhat difficult to understand conditionals and reported speech. In my opinion this is one of those subjects that a student will need to learn through receptive conversational use. Memorizing the rules of conditionals and reported speech will be nearly impossible if you are not an English speaker. To be honest I feel like I learned quite a bit from this lesson plan, because I barely remember going over this subject when I was younger and still learning English in school, so most of this felt somewhat new to me.
