This unit dealt with teaching special types of classes. Specifically it explained how to teach classes for young students or beginners, and also mentioned how to teach English for business to adults. Essentially the young students are probably less motivated (as they are probably forced to come to class), get bored more quickly, and may have behavior problems. However, they learn more quickly than adults so it is essential to speak in English. For English for business, it is a good idea to first understand exactly what they need to do with their English (answer phones, give presentations ...) and then tailor the lesson plans to the needs of the class.
