From my viewpoint being an English teacher is a vocation which requires being patient, kind and considerate. One should be sensitive about climate in the group of learners. Students' motivation and success in learning English language - that is the main task of a teacher. It is essential to find approach to each student and give proper feedback and evaluation. From the very first lesson a teacher sets a studying model for a certain group, which depends on a level and goals set. A good teacher knows how to act correctly during and after lessons and how to involve and encourage students. That requires high communication skills and all-round personality.
