I appreciated the fact that a relatively difficult grammar section was presented in a brief and simple way. If i had to change something, i would have removed the explanatory line under the Past Simple: 'When the action clearly took place at a definite time even though the time is not mentioned'. Why not simply state that this is a past action, that definitely took place? I think the line is too elaborated and complicates things unnecessarily. On the other hand, there could be more explanation in regards to the Past Perfect Continuous. I am not entirely clear on why this tense actually exists and what are the specific occasions for using it. Thank you.
