My \"imaginary\" class, for whom I have devised hypothetical lesson plans in past units, took on faces in Unit 19 as I saw a raw beginner class, a class of lively children, an individual student anxious to learn, and a class of weary, yawning business people. This unit answered many questions about how to begin with the various types of people I may encounter in my teaching career. The unit was a joy to read and study and made me feel I may be at the starting gate.
