This unit took me step by step through the different processes of developing a course for teaching Business English. it also introduced a few technical terms which are necessary to tell the different among the various business examinations available. From this unit i learnt the importance of making sure every last detail is checked before commencing a course. Such details include but are not limited to the results of the needs analysis. it also brought to the forefront something that we often neglect and that is ensuring our clients are evaluated and the results of the evaluation past on to the appropriate authority. Overall, an information packed unit.
