I owe this unit and the teacher and his qualities as an actor for putting on a good and a poor show in order to illustrate the difference between an OK and a pathetic lesson. Truth be told, the second round resonates with my beliefs that teachers need to be warm, friendly and interactive with their students to encourage them to participate and feel at ease. Tone and volume of voice is very important to ensure students can understand as clearly as possible. At all times, a teacher must ensure that students have an opportunity to participate and give feedback regarding their understanding of key vocabulary to ensure a better learning experience.
