In this unit, I have learnt that the teacher's attitude towards its students is very important. In the first video, we have an example of a teacher who lacks of patince, who is unkind and does not create rapport with his students. He seems unorganised and bored so the students can feel it and they are confused and intimidated. They don't participate much. Whereas the attitude of the teacher in the second video is much more positive and encouraging. The teacher creates a good rapport with the students and he starts by asking for their names. He is more lively and smiling and organised. The students can feel it and therefore are more willing to participate.
