I am an English teacher in a nursery school, and I asked some of my students what characteristics does a teacher need to posses. This is before I signed up for this course. Some said that a teacher needs to be kind and knows everything about the subject which in our case is the English language. Some wanted a strict teacher where they would be managed properly whenever we have class. And now I fully understand that as a good teacher, you may need to perform different roles. That most of the time I am a motivator and an organizer in our school. And also, now I fully understand how to determine the language level of my students. Thank you for the lesson.
