I learned several key points that are crucial in being able to manage a successful class. Among these points are classroom seating arrangement, establishing rapport with students, making eye contact with students and effectively engaging students in a way that would prevent unruly and problematic behavior in the classroom, which would then require disciplinary action.This Unit was about testing. The primary focus was giving information regarding types of tests our students will more than likely be taking. I found the information informative and helpful. I am currently tutoring someone that is preparing for a cambridge exam and I was wondering at what point I should give progress tests. The unit itself mostly listed types of tests.
