This unit brought together the previous units with practical application of the various things we've covered, such as Straight Arrow ESA & the various phases. This also gave some structure around the purpose of creating a lesson plan, while also presenting the freedoms of leveraging one. Not becoming a slave to the lesson plan, but using it as a tool to guide the overall approach.In Unit 10 learning about the different tests was really interesting. My understanding is one would take a diagnostic test first. To see what knowledge the student knows. Then that student would take a placement test to be put into their correct classes. During the school year one would take some progress tests depending on the school is depending on how many tests one would take.
