The unit provides the overview of main teaching theories. The special attention is driven to Engage, Study and Activate method. According to it the lesson includes three components: engage, study and activate. For detailed information is presented for each of the components. The giving feedback and correction techniques are described, explaining the roles of students and teachers.When it comes to classroom management the teacher needs a deep understanding of the human mind and its functions; therefore we need to be sensitive and conscious about how we teach. In this unit I leaned the basic technique you can use in the classroom, however I personally feel that I need more deep understanding of the psychology meted out of the teaching and managing technique.
