This lesson really increased my excitement for class. I am slightly worried, however, of teaching younger beginner students since their English skills won't be as developed and I fear a translation gap. But overall I feel I have gained some more useful ideas to add to my repertoire. I cannot wait to enact them.In this unit, I have found out that as a teacher, you do not always have to follow the course book if you do not think it is suitable and you can change the material used based on the students. I have also learnt several ways which you can create materials to appeal to students to keep them engaged and focused.
