A most informative and interesting unit. The sequence of the various elements makes the contents easy to follow and progresses logically. I found the content written in a way that held my attention all the way to the end. In my opinion this unit provides a excellent base for building a course in Business English.This unit is useful because it's always difficult for italian people, in my case, because I'm italian, to distinguish present perfect and present perfect continuos. We do not have a correspondence in italian about these tenses, that's why the topic is so hard to digest at all. Thanks a lot for your clear examples
