This unit had a good coverage of the conditionals, in a way that was succinct and easy to follow. However, I found the reported speech very difficult to grasp, and the \"correct\" forms recommended by the text seemed to feel very unnatural in some circumstances. I found that in some cases, it was easier to report without changing the tense, as in the examples. I felt that some times the textbook in this unit was vague, and I often was confused as to what the correct answer would be, hence I had trouble with the unit tasks. Perhaps this is an issue from being a native speaker, as in some situations what is more natural does not follow grammatical standards.
