In Unit 19: Teaching Special Groups, we learned skills for teaching beginners, children, individuals and Business English. There are four types of beginners: the Absolute Beginner, the False Beginner, the Adult Beginner, the Young Beginner and the Beginner without the Roman Alphabet. When teaching Business English, we learned the importance of completing an initial test to gage clients' levels, a \"Need's Analysis\" to help us better understand what English skills the student would like to work on and a \"Need's Negotiation\" session to plan future goals for the course, in which the students' needs and the company's desires for their employees are both met.
