In this unit I've learned some useful techniques to manage classes. I've learned how important is to choose the appropriate arrangement based on student's age, nationality, the space available and the class size. I've learned the ways to use voice and gestures more effectively, techniques to establish and support the good rapport with the students. It is very important to speak clear simple English while giving instructions and to make sure it is at the same level or below the student's level. I've learned the ways to arrange class work as a whole class, individually, in pairs and the small groups as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
