In this unit, I learnt how to teach different students, who may have different study experience, in different age, with different needs as well as from different country. I divide them into three parts:beginners, young learners and business men. When teach beginners, more patient, specific skills and psychology that I need to put in. Interests and motivation are quite important for them. When teach young learners, you must make sure that you like them, otherwise you won't be happy in the progress. And interests is also important for them. For business men, one important thins is there need to learn English, you should act and wear as a teacher to be respect.
