Unit 20 covered trouble shooting. This unit covered the first lesson whether it be with a new group (the group doesn't know each other and rapport needs to be established) or an existing group (students know and are comfortable with each other and are experienced with EFL teaching). Warmers were covered which are activities used to excite the class get them engaged and ready for the lesson ahead. The unit also covered that there are different levels of students and how to handle the class when you have different levels of students in the one class. Large classes were also covered. Finally the unit covered the use of native language and reluctant students.
