Young learners with their shorter attention spans may need a bit more stimulation in order to be interested (this could be done with some visual implementation). Older English students may have more insentive to learn (many learning for work related reasons). For classes of older students lesson plans must be flexible due to their potencially varying scheduals. And in creating lesson plans the kind of work: lawyers, engineering- should be kept in mind (to make the class as useful and beneficial as possible.)
