This unit was interesting, learning about the different techniques, requirements, attitude, emphasis required depending on the type of group being taught was very helpful. Also, the information given on what activities are most effective, the difficulties, possibilities of how the students will react and how to manage the different types of students within different special groups.This unit provides possible approaches to teaching business related themes such as communicating through e-mail and phone as well as understanding financial or other specific material. This unit suggests the use of case studies, frame working and adapting familiar games for the purpose of the lesson. These approaches help to make difficult topics more accessible and understandable.
