It's a very helpful unit especially for new teachers. I?ve learnt a lot about how to plan lessons in a logical and clear way. As an experienced teacher, this unit also helped me a lot by telling me how to write a lesson plan with ESA teaching methodology. The lesson planning form and the self-evaluation form are really useful for my teaching teams. I will use them in our teaching.Had no idea there were so many techniques that a person could choose from while teaching. The three elements that are engage, study, and activate will give me a lot to think about when making-up lesson plans as well as the different methods. I would not use negative language as it is not beneficial to the growth of a student. I will use the codes used within the unit for correcting.
