To provide students with the information they need to evaluate their own level and progress they need ongoing and overt feedback from their teachers. Student?s language levels are assessed with tutorials, evaluation by their peers and tests. Different tests can be used, for example placement tests, progress tests, diagnostic tests, practice tests and general external examinations.I work with a lot of international students in my school's writing center. As thus, I understand a lot of the issues that come with accuracy while writing, and I would definitely focus on writing during my classes. While I can understand the students I work with when they speak, their writing is more difficult to decipher. I think asking students to write creatively is a great plan.
