This unit is about lesson planning. This unit was helpful as it gave a lesson plan template that was easy to use and relevant for ESL teaching. I have used many templates in the past as a teacher and will definitely be using this one in the future (especially the reflection pages). In the past I just used to write a couple of dot points- but now I have a more useful structure to follow.This unit shows the best methods for teaching special groups. Some special groups include absolute beginners, individual students, children, and business students. Each of these group have different needs that need to be addressed for example, a child will have less motivation to learn while an adult will have more. Another example is that business students will often miss many classes.
