As I learn more and more of these minor details within the realm of teaching English, I am gaining more and more confidence in how the system works, and how to teach effectively. These test systems are very similar to the systems I went through at school and university when I studied languages, therefore giving me an extremely useful and well rounded understanding of the evaluation system.Teaching new language consists of grammar, vocabulary and function. When building vocabulary, there are a number of ways how the teacher can go about making a fun and effective lesson, perhaps by using one of the ESA structures: engaging the students with a new topic, studying the nuances and activating their newly acquired information in a practical way, e.g. role-play or pair discussion.
