Unit 9 teaches Lesson Planning. I learned what helpful information to list/note on the lesson plan that helps the teacher stay organised and focused, but also needs to stay flexible. I learned that it is helpful to have a lesson plan if for some reason the teacher is unable to teach their classes, the teacher stepping in would know there the students are in their course and what the lesson will be.In this lesson I learned all about the various tools and equipment that are used in a typical classroom. The lesson also provided me with some helpful tips in regards to using some of the basic equipment, like sectioning off the board for specific material and using different colors to convey meanings. Although some of the equipment is outdated, it was still handy to familiarize myself with it all.
